Philip Bailhache

Sir Philip Bailhache is a Jersey Senator.
He and his brother have held positions in the States and Jersey judiciary for a very long time. And conflicts of interest and issues that people feel are unfair frequently occur.
The most recent example of this is that Philip Bailhache wants to close down the Jersey Inquiry, using funding problems as a reason. And he has called on the public to support him. Giving them the story of how all their hard earned taxes is going on lawyers for the inquiry.
This is similar to how, in my case, he aided the Jersey Deanery in re-instating the Dean by misleading the public, writing to them and writing an open letter that vilified me and didn't include my side of things.
This is very poor behaviour for someone in public office, and yet he keep doing it. He appears to have a vested interest in clearing wrongdoers and deny abuse survivors justice.
I have decided I want to start collating a story of his actions, and including the accounts of Jersey bloggers and others of his behaviour. Because it has to stop somewhere, and basically no-one is doing anything.
I know Bob Hill would probably say 'wait and let the inquiry get to Philip Bailhache's actions. But as we know, Philip Bailhache may well get the inquiry closed.

Planet Jersey Mentions Bailhache

And his recent efforts to shut the COI down, as well as the JEP's usual unbalanced reporting:
